1. When I buy a group buy ea, do I have to wait for all the main slot sold out to get the ea files or I can get the ea files right after payment?

2. I see in ea store, in title ea, some technical phrases like:

– platform built …

I don’t know their meanings and do I have to need any special device or software to install the ea?
